it's ok to laugh, the dog is completely oblivious to it's condition. it's like a short in the brain. he's seems quite healthy (shiny coat, obviously well fed) and quite content. so all u animal liberists giving real animal lovers bad names, piss off

Alright people if it's giving ANIMAL ACTIVIEST a reason to get mad I'll take the video off.. oh wait I'm for animal rights I protest furs.. and animal cruelty. BUT THErE is nothing WRONG with this film. I think its cute.. kinda... it's not sad GOATS when scared do something even more harm ful I dare PETA look up scared or fainting goats now thats scary. people have this disorder. it's fine and it doesn't hurt the dog or the people who have is. ..... And by the way I got this video from one of my cousins who actually has this disorder. And it dosen't hurt him.
