  • When I go to the gym, I only work out my hamstrings and nothing else. I work it for two hours four days a week, and have seen amazing improvements.

    I only do two exercises for 4 sets: 1. Stiffed legged deadlifts. 2. Hamstring curl.

  • im 14 aswell and have managed 73 in one minute thats my pb but if u work on ur tris and chest with explosive movements it should help :)

  • very good dude very good, make sure there perfect form, try and do 8 second pushups 4 seconds down 4 seconds up, see how many you can do in a row like that, do that every once and awhile and youll be able to do like 100 a minute

    Commercial gyms/health clubs suck!! They don't realise the importance of kick ass music when training!! It increases your mood, adrenaline and focus............metal is THE only music to train to!!
