Burn a Bible for Blasphemy Day!

Happy Blasphemy Day!

I had another video planned for today, but when I found out it was blasphemy day I raced out to get what I needed:

@Ansatsouken It is a performance art piece that creates a visual representation of the idea that one can have positive, life-affirming beliefs without the need of a holy text. (Partially as a counter point to the idea some people hold that one cannot be good without god)

I had originally envisioned it using the Torah and the Quran as well, but I wanted to get the video done on Blasphemy Day, which I found out about the day of, and didn't have the time to gather the materials.

I am not particularly a fan of mainstream religion

there are just books like any other they can be burned

it seems like people take things way too seriously

if people would put half as much energy into those books

as they would in life than the world would be a better place

and the people would realize that we are all different

and unique in our own way than they would gain

in enormous power for the greater good
