@rolling03trd It's funny, I hadn't heard much about the XRS Corolla's til yesterday but I watched some videos and they seem pretty formidable. I understand what you're saying about the highway, it seems like they really start to pull once the speed picks up. You done any racing in yours?

@clb5555 well yea in the 1/4 the gt would win but on the street doing a highway run you would really be surprised. and its my bad i was thinking about the SN95's. the 99-04 are a lot better than the 94-98

@rolling03trd A 99-04 Mustang Gt is a 13.9-14 second car, stock. I don't know much about the XRS but looking at power to weight, I'd say it's a low 15 second car at best. One second is an eternity in a quarter mile. Nice burnout though, I was really surprised how long you held it and how much smoke you got.

Are u kidding me! Ther r videos of 94-98 gts beating the corolla xrs. Both stock and the 98 and earlier are slower than 99-04. And U will see more gains with mods on a v8 any day
