we are not 70% "water". we 70% fluid, with only portions of it being H20. this only repels H20. either way, an unrealistic concept.

awesome idea, awesome animation, but seriously flawed. everything is water on earth that device will kill everything.... it will also fuck with humidity in the air.. this is like radiation, except water-based radiation. so yes. it's pure fuckery. nice try tho
