"Friend Like Me" - Junction City, KS Middle School

This is me (age 14, in the 8th Grade) performing "Friend Like Me" from Disney's "Aladdin" for our Middle School's annual musical production; that year, it was "A Salute to Disney: A Musical Revue."

As you can see from the timestamp, this video is almost 13 years old (before the digital revolution), so the audio/video quality isn't the best. But, I wasn't mic'ed because of how well I project so you should be able to understand most of my words.

Sorry about the shaky video...my dad isn't the best cameraman in the world!

And yes, I went to the brand new middle school for half a year (6th, 7th and the first half of 8th grade in the old one. I spent my last half of a year in the new middle school.)

What grade? Its been a year since I've been in JCMS (I'm currently going to JCHS now). I play the Tuba. I didn't really like Mr. Carlson too much..he wasn't quite as fun as Mr. Workman. Do you play in band?

Unfortunatly we don't go to this school anymore for 8th grade... it makes me sad. I went there for two and a half years. 6th, 7th and the first half of 8th....then they moved us into the new JCMS for the second half, where we are right now. I'm currently still in 8th, and I truly miss the old JCMS. It was like home. But, then again, I moved from my old elementary school which was Lincoln Elementary, and I said that was like home too. So i suppose i'll be able to get over this.
