  • I hear the term winding used a lot, what exactly do you all mean by winding? Is it like fascial tension? The way powerlifters use tight denim shirts to help distribute the load of weights?

  • This is interesting, maybe a way to further emphasize the X cross during the maho squats? Like Jang says do you feel the winding in your legs?

  • That's an interesting exercise. It looks like partner maho squats, but with windings added in. It looks like as you squat down, you let the windings load into your back. Did Ark mention anything about the legs winding for this exercise?
