@weHaVeCoMmOnSeNsE Wow, read the message. By saying Nickelback I was meaning Chad Kroeger, that was obviously implied by saying he's the reason they got anywhere. If you think they suck. Cover one of their songs and play it exactly like Daniel Adair. You won't be able to do it guaranteed. In fact you probably can't cover any song since you need the tabs in order to do it.

@Binxes11 so you're saying that you know a lot about drumming and then say that you played in a punk band that is easy and simplistic. Well you're obviously condradicting yourself. If you actually listen to the song closely or watch them do it live you'll pick up on a lot more stuff that what you just hear normally. If you think you're that good try playing and entire song by yourself with a metronome. Garunteed you'll be off time half the song, and that's the most important part of drumming

@Binxes11 and i know that Tré's drumming is pretty simplistic but he puts lots of energy into it and goes pretty fast which makes it harder. Have a nice day. And again don't want to start anything.

@Binxes11 Yes I realise a lot of punk drumming is easier than metal and screamo but I've played drums for about a year now and I still have a hard time drumming to Tré and Travis (granted I learn all by ear cuz I can't read music) and I've listen to Travis' drumming and seen covers of them and most of them are hard and I've listened and seen Scott's (Raynor former blink drummer) parts covered and most of them are hard. I don't want to start anything that's just my opinion.

@theDRUMMERDUDE100 I have looked up all of those drummers in the past. I used to listen to Blink, Green Day, and sum 41. The drum parts are easy. Yes, their stage presence is excellent. But the drum parts are ones that an amature could make up. Listen to Chris Adler, Niel Peart, James Sullivan, Matt Greiner, Mike Portnoy. The list goes on. After I discovered metal I realized how much more thought was put into a song. Punk rock is just one simple guitar chord after another and simplistic drums.

@Atomik05 I know ALOT about drumming. Ive drummed for as long as I can remember. And I started out playing in a punk band. Every punk band I listened to had EXTREMELY easy and simplistic drum parts to them. Nothing was hard to learn at all. Just take a few drum lessons and you got it.
