as I see it, it's a sad story, but the sitter should not be punished too severly, something like this can happen to anyone.

no that can happen say for instance hte baby thought it was fun and she was justing holding him in there like playfully not that he is in the sleeping bag but on it its very possible and because he is so light he flew against the wall :/
