I have a 93 camry LE 4 cylinder. My drive light doesn't go on either. Question, I know the power on the shifter gives you the 4th gear but what is the little ECT button do? It says Electronically Controlled Transmission in the book, but what does it do? Thanks!

this can't b a v6 is it?.. or are you riding the 4 cylinder? n are you just using the ect boost? or are you race shifting your AT too? cuz if you got a v6 3.0L and put the ect pwr button to use while starting from your L gear you can get 0-60 pretty snappy
