No, it's a mini desktop computer, the Mac Mini.
Check out Apple.com and you'll see it under 'Mac' on the top.

What kind of mouse are you using?
If it's an Apple mouse, you've probably have not enabled dual mouse buttons in system preferences.
If not, you might need to buy a new mouse.
