Let's just settle an argument

I DO agree with not saying there's nothing I can do about it to those of you who say this is justified

I DO NOT agree with shooting with the intent to kill wrecking a town, causing 7 million$ in damage and probably making his fellow concrete workers or whatever

If you want revenge take it up in court or sue or something I mean outfitting a bulldozer and going on a rampage?
