my version is 5.0.0.1036 and i dont have personal email set up option anymore but before i upgrade my firmware version i can access my email using my bb. pls PM me if you know what should i do. thanks in advance. :)

Hit the BB button, go to Options>Theme>and highlight DO NOT CLICK w/e theme your on>Hit the BB button again>Select Reset Theme Defaults and that should work. It worked for me :) hope i helped lol. WARNING: This will reset the order of your icons

haha if only it worked this easily. My brand new BB Bold 9930 will NOT set up gmail. I keep getting the invalid username or password message many people are getting. POP/IMAP settings in gmail are open. GRRRR I miss my android....

on 9790 i try but it says "Activation request failed. a service connection is unavailable" even though im on a plan which gives me standard internet and i can easily access other sites . please help
