This segment focuses on plot suck and picard suck, pointing out yet again the flaws of the TNG feature films and how their failure on the big screen is due to the fact that everything that worked so well in the TV show is changed for the movies to appeal to mass audiences which in turn makes the movies bad and unappealing (see: contradiction, or catch 22)

Insurrection is a joke.

How can Picard years earler move people from a planet under starfleet orders no questions ask. Do the exact opposite years later in the same situation. When if people moved there the healing radiation would of helped billions of people. TV Picard would of understood needs of the many and for the greater good. Also The Federation was still fighting The Dominion at the time. A planet like that would of been invaluable to the injured.
