i dont know if anyone had answer this for you, but at the end antony desides to leave, to let candy and alfa be happy, so he gives him a drink which puts alfa to sleep like this alfa cannot stop him from leaving, which you know alfa would never let antony sacrifice him self like that for him.

so yes candy at the end will stay with alfa, which if you ask me the ending is more than fare, the noble alfa always took care of candy.
