ambient / doom / shoegaze style cover.
Joy Division is one of my favorite band. I was recording a new track and noticed that the chords progression, even though slower, darker & kinda far-fetched, had similarities to "New Dawn Fades". Every time I would work on my track, I couldn't get the original one out of my head. So I gave up and went to record the cover instead --- which is a weird thing to do.
Self-made demo + video, shot in NYC feat. S.K.T.
If you like the mood and tone of the track, check out my other stuff:

Love this cover, better than the Moby version I think (which I like as well)...would be good if they did a cover of 'I remember nothing'....

You've managed to take one of the most depressing songs ever and make it even more so. You get serious props for that. I dig your sound, too.

@Woold98 oh God! i am so jealous...i would do untold things to have seen them live...especially this song...it's hard to believe that next in 2 weeks it will have been 30 years since Ian died...their music is just timeless...shows just how brilliant they were. do tell about the concert!

Very very nice, I really like the cover and the video. So dark and original, and yet, still New Dawn Fades, like no one ever heard before. Excellent work here, I would rate it 5*****!
