A year ago I posted a comment here (under the login heinz573) saying how much I wanted to go to NYU and I was accepted. I just didn't go because of money. I went to the New School instead. Worst decision ever.
I'm reapplying to NYU as a transfer for Fall 2009. Hopefully I'll get in again. This time I won't fuck things up...

goddamn i so want to get into NYU! applyin as a transfer this year with a 3.68 GPA and involved in a lot of programs at my current university. Also got a lot of letters of recommendation, including 1 from a former NYU professor. hopefully i get in. and by the way i would be one of the straight guys at NYU

I'm actually from Brazil, but I'm going to do my undergraduate studies on the USA hopefully.
I have three brothers on the US... two in Washington D.C. and one in NY... And I'm working very hard to get the grades on the SAT, TOEFL, and to get my reccomendation letters from the professors of my prep course and from the university of my city (USP, Universiade de São Paulo).
