First of all, uniforms have nothing to do with equality, it have everything to do with limiting your freedoms, not letting kids to be individuals and killing motivation.

Secondary, private schools for sure have nothing to do with equality. Idea that you have to pay for school kind of fucks up that equality since it sorts people who try to get there by money.

Is private health care equality? No it's bonus, but basic health care that EVERYONE can afford is equality.

The only mechanism that can be used to judge socialism is centralization.

It require centralized management structure such as the UK system has were it takes up to about 60% of wealth and then creates a management system out of this.

If it is no centralized then it is not socialism as it would mean everybody has a different system.

I am not against socialism if done right like some of the Nordic models. The best economics systems us mixed economic both free market and socialized.

Socialism is not a healthcare, education or housing system. It's a political ideology, and economic system. An economic system has no ties to Britain at all. To me it seems that you suggest that if I agreed with one form of education it would make me a nazi, democrat and a communist at the same time, which makes no sense. You see, in the real world, socialism is not the only form of government that practices free healthcare, and education.
