Youngstown Blight or Corruption ?

The City of Youngstown has continued since the year 2004 to accuse James Ludt of Defacing his own Property, by City officials calling his public messages done on his own building EXPOSING CORRUPTION in TWO Cities, Youngstown and Struthers, Ohio. All the time permitting others in the city to utilize vacant buildings to write messages of the city's approval. The latest act of the city was Fireman Rich Russo committing PERJURY on the stand and not only city officials doing nothing about his act of PERJURY, NOR has the MAHONING County Prosecutor PAUL GAINS. Paul Gains is is CLEARLY violating his OATH of OFFICE, NOT PROSECUTING THESE men. It is sad James Ludt's uncle is a Mahoning County Commissioner and has been aware of these facts since Ludt talks with his uncle David Ludt, about the corruption.
