Looking around the world, celebrities pop up in the strangest places. A few years back, I was shocked to see Nicole Kidman in a series of adverts for Sky Italia. Seeing her shortly after in a series of Italian adverts for Nintendo DS Lite was even more bizarre and made no sense at all. Now she's in adverts for Schweppes!
Is it me? Does this work? Perhap in non-English speaking markets it does? There is something uneasy about this ad, despite the big budgets! I think its pretty unlikely we'll see these in the UK or Australia anytime soon. Miss Kidman is clearly in need of a spare buck or two! Should we start a whip-round?
