Ingrédients
5 eggs.
300g sugar
3 drops vanilla extract.
lemon zest.
250g flour sifted.
250g melted butter.
(see next post for preparation)

Put on gas stove and beat in the eggs and sugar until it reaches a température of 122 degrees F. As soon as it reaches this temp, take off flame &add flour , mix with spatula. - Add
lemon zest and vanilla and the melted butter. - Mix until the batter is well mixed . Fill the pan. put in oven. Shut oven door & immediately raise the temp. to 350 F. Bake 12 -15 min.without opening the door. Remove while warm

Pre heat oven to 100° and increase the temperature to 200 as soon as you put the pan in the oven 2:48.
Yep, he did'nt mention about the baking powder or Levure Chimique!

Start preparation here:
Butter & flour pan. Melt butter, sift flour, and zest lemon . Preheat oven to 200 F. Break eggs in a stainless steel bowl, - pour in the sugar & immediately whisk.
Non pas de levure..... Le fait de chauffer les oeufs avec le sucre suffit...
