I've never fainted after giving blood but one time i got internal bleeding and half my arm turned a different colour. It was pretty scary.

I'm donating my pure, never STD'ed, never drugged, never steroided (w/ the exception of like 5 drops in my eye after I got LASIK), never smoked, never drugged, never DRUNKED blood in 3 weeks for like the 7th time =D

@cremebruleec most donors faint after their first donation. i did, and i've been back after that and i felt completely normal after these. if you do go back take plenty of fluids before and continue after. it worked wonders for me :)
