This bit used to get edited out by my local station, when it was channel 13, but left in when played by channel 11, which was annoying. Notice how the establishing shot is of the bottle on the bar in the dining room, but when she emerges the bottle is on the desk in the living room? But I do love the scene - I think it was the first 'live' smoke effect (instead of animated), by the way!

I think the reason she proved such an "unconventional" genie is that, in the b/w series premiere, Tony wished her to be free (after she blinked up that search-and-rescue chopper). So, in actuality, she freely chose to go with the handsome mortal who freed her!
