wasn't the guy accusing sully of all this junk eventually confess to setting sully up?

during a bust that he made the search warrent only covered the house they found evidence in the trash cans but as he warrent did not cover them the guy could have got off on a technicality so he moved the evidence inside i think so the guy would get put down he was guilty and sully just never wanted to let him get away with his crime. I reckon cops were bullied at school but IAB were bullied there whole lives
