while that is a very convincing UFO, turns out it is a kite with some high intensity LED's on it. I saw the same thing flying out by the Camas Vancouver boarder a few weeks ago. I followed it and talked to the guy flying it (actually it was his daughter) he didn't want to say to much about it other than it was an 8' kite. it creates a great illusion but watch the video again you can make out the tail of the kite blowing in the wind.

FACT: This is a video of an angel! This is a great video, HALLELUJAH the lord's agents are watching over us. After 3 minutes in you can clearly see its beautiful wings. Oh praise the lord! @Killzone562 Yeah i familiar with TR-3Bs. This was smaller from the videos I've seen, and The TR-3B has 3 circular white lights with one big one in the middle. The one we saw many lights in the colors of blue, red, and white.

@Killzone562 I just rewatched my video, and i see why you think that now. Since it was filmed on nightshot, you can't really appreciate the colors on the video. You should watch the video from my brother's camera. Check my description box for my brother's video.

Where in the sky were you looking!! i work at BCF, and i was working graveyards and was watching a strange light moving odly in the sky, but because of the cold weather it sometimes amplifies the shimmer on plane lights and such so i discounted it, but it wasn't moving like a plane and i lacked binoculars... What time and where was this filmed?

@wzrd23 This was taken near 192nd Street in Vancouver, WA. I was facing south towards Oregon. I Filmed this around 8pm.
