Hi! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

when losing weight I vote for slow and naturally everytime - during the process you learn how to eat properly and so when you get to your ideal weight you are more than likely going to be able to keep it :)

yeah compound exercises are outstanding and highly recommended. Fast, effective, and great calorie/fat burners. As Roman was talking about here, they usually require reduced weights. A lot of people like to use bands with compound exercises as well, it's great for the core with the increase of resistance as you go through the movement. Anyway, great stuff guys!

Awesome stuff, and it's really tough. Can I have a question? If I have to be very cautious with my knees, can I do these? A trainer told me that alternating legs like in lunges, is much harder on the knees than sqats. On the other hand, I wouldn't like to skip such exercises, only if they can really harm my knees-
