Do not play the tuning portion too loud...Please forgive my voice as some parts may sound a little off.

This meditation will also assist you in seeing through your heart and not through the 3rd eye.

This did something to me... I feel different. I can feel my pulse in my mouth and there were clusters of tingles moving all around my body. I felt heat, big hot heat coming from inside of me... made me sweat. thankyou for the healing. My restless leg pain is gone and my depression is much better. I was feeling on top of the world yesterday and suffered late last nite.Could be the herbs I take out of balance. Wandering thoughts tend to disrupt peace.. Will listen to this later as well. Love the High pitched tuning forks. Did not feel a heat wave, but I do feel like coping with the day and my leg feels good... Blessings, Love & Light
