I dont understand, Danielle told when she was lying in the water that she suddenly could see Dan and mastered all her strength to get to him. Now she talked to him about playing death. It all happened when the man who shot them was standing on the beach watching them. Im just thinking he must have seen when she approached Dan, so how could he just think they were playing death after all this?

@Skindoggiedog well, it seems you want to start an argument with the professor. im in high school, but i have enough knowledge to define taking someone hostage as using force to get someone to do your dirty work. in this episode, the criminal threatened 2 people (the victims telling their story) with a weapon. that is how i came up with fact #1. there is your education from da professor.

If you disagree with what I said, that's fine. I'm happy to discuss that, but for a very young child like yourself, you're better off not to speak.

Here is what i would charge the offender with if i were the judge
1. taking someone hostage
2. rape
3. 2 counts attempted murder
my judgement would have been life in prison w/o parole.
