Here is the Basic English only text for this song(thanks Elvira):
Annemiek
I'm a little sad today
Annemiek has just moved.
Suddenly I have to go to school by myself.
I squeeze my hands to a fist
It's because of Annemiek her dad
Because he got another job
And he found it very difficult
To go there every day
By car
Annemiek and I went
To school together for years
All the boys always said:
Look, there you have the twins
And then we giggled
Because that was our secret
Yes, we were always together
And we had different names
When we played on the street
It was great
But now i'm walking alone
I kick at a little stone
I miss Annemiek / She thinks of Annemiek
I've nobody to talk to / She thinks of Annemiek
I feel so lost / She is alone
Annemiek always came by
Every morning she rang at the door
And then we walked to school
She was always so happy
If the boys said something
She always yelled back
Then I still had to start
Because I couldn't think
Of saying something funny so quikly
One day Annemiek said: My dad is getting another job
But it's far from here
Maybe we are going to move
And that is what happened
And that is why I'm so mad
Because it just isn't fair
That a dad suddenly can say
That Annemiek is going to move
I'm mad
I walk alone
I kick at a little stone
I miss Annemiek/ She thinks of Annemiek
I've nobody to talk to / She thinks of Annemiek
I feel so lost / She is alone
Mother, I don't want this orange
Mother, I'm sick, i have tummy ache
Can I skip school tommorow?
Mother, I don't want this boerenkool
She thinks of Annemiek
She thinks of Annemiek
Mother, with the Holidays / She thinks of Annemiek.
Can we go see her room...
uit welke kinderen voor kinderen is dit? Ik kan me deze helemaal niet meer herrineren :O

As stated in the Information text above, this song is from KVK-11 in 1990.
I cannot get an English translation of the last word 'herrineren' to answer that question.
