"Well if it isn't Ms.Hawthorne."
I rolled my eyes. Just my luck, the delivery package guy in my neighborhood was THE most obnoxious kid in my school, Sean Parker.
"Cut the crap, Parker. Just give me the package."
He smirked.
Of course, HIM of all people would think something stupid and completely perverted of what I'd just said.
He'd stepped closer.. with that stupid little smirk STILL on his face. He opened his mouth to speak, buuuut I cut him off.
"...I meant the box, Sean."
"Riiiiiight, whatever you say."
He handed over a small-ish box. Then a clipboard that held the paper I was supposed to sign.
As soon as everything was set, I shut the door in his face... still annoyed.
"Keep playin' hard to get. I know you want me Hawthorne!", he yelled from the other side of the door. He laughed lightly.
Ugh....he urks my life.
I walked into the kitchen with box at hand and set it down on the counter. Apparently the package was from the Art School I'd be attending in Chicago at the end of the summer. It held a letter, a sketchpad and drawing pencils AND another small box that held a Canon EOS Digital Rebel 350D XT. Nice.
I guessed this was all to check my areas of 'expertise' and the areas I'd need improvement on too.. to organize and place me in a group of people that'd fit me best. I don't know (A.N. haha).
I figured "why not start now?" and so I grabbed my new camera. Basically I was planning to go out to the park and take some pictures THERE. Relaxed, focused, calm, with Michael 'helping out'..
Too bad THAT wouldn't happen.
