This is the group of us that gathered at Highway 119 and I25, all from south of Tri-Town traveling to the memorial in Greeley. It was about 5 miles long when we got going. Thanks to Trent John (synergy1200) for capturing it. Special thanks to all of the guys across the state that thought this was important enough to do. It meant a lot to me, and it surely meant a lot to all of the Weld guys, whom I respect and value highly. I heard there we other spontaneous gatherings coming from different directions that were equally impressive. This version has added music and a few pictures.

  • I was sad and outraged when I heard this story. Cannot believe the suspects lawyer and family are trying to profit from this. My heart goes out Deputy Brownlee's family and friends. God bless.

  • The story behind the video. My name is Trent John a former Firestone Officer and currently with the City of Golden PD as a reserve. Having seen what it was like when we all went to Denver when Detective Young was killed, I knew this would have the same showing of support for Deputy Brownlee. Seeing this is a strength, its powerful and I wanted to get it on film. So I did, and Sgt Bedsaul (Frederick PD) did the update with audio. My heart breaks for WCSO. God bless, be safe.

  • Thanks for this updated version (and the prior one). My Husband and I were unable to be there with you to honor Sam. This aides in our closure. Please be safe & well. We are appreciative of you.

  • Deputy Brownlee, Thank you for your service to Weld County.

  • To whomever created this updated version....and had the forethought to record it, thank you. You are a class act, and I hold you in the highest regard. This proves that what we do is truly a professional brotherhood, and I am honored to be counted amongst men and women such as you all. God bless and be safe. WC0283

  • I am not the best video taker...thanks for adding to the video Sgt...
