i really need help. i ve done replaced a lot of parts on my kitchenaid dryer. high limit thermostat, thermal fuse,heater thermostat, cycling thermostat, and still takes too long to dry. oh, i also cleaned the whole machine, the hose, vent,blower hosing, im starting to think there is some wrong with the control board cause my timer wors ok only if i set it on timed dry. works on cycled setting but it wont stop automaticly.

thanx for your help, i apreciate it. i just found out my moisture sensor is bad, has two wires that conects to timer wich is not operating properly, so i hope when i replace this sensor, my timer will work fine, and clothes will dry better. i Hope!! i replaced the motor was to weak to start turning,replaced high limit thermostat,cycling thermostat,door switch broke i just replaced,

my dryer takes too long to dry. i have cleaned it, hose, lint screen, could this has anything to do with cycling thermostat? cause also my timer knob works only if i turn it to the left side. it wont work if i turn it to the right. thanx

@papacitoperez If you have checked all the recommendations in the video and still have long dry times, you could possibility have a thermostat problem. Remember, the thermostat relies on good airflow thru the venting system to operate correctly. Venting systems that are excessively long or that vent up thru the attic and run across attic and out are hard to keep clear and clean.

@ManageMyLife Warn air will seem to flow thru good but when you get the warm, moist air from a load of clothes, the air flow is greatly reduced. Warm, moist air that has lint in it from the clothes is heavier and it won’t move as free and easy as cooler, dryer air. If you are happy with the venting system of your dryer, I would recommend having a qualified service technician come by and check the operation of the thermostats and blower inside the dryer.
