  • It's a god damn national disgrace what took place at abu ghraib !! Charle Graner should be dead and Pat Tilman should be alive,a thousand Graner can't make up one Pat Tilman,i just have respect for some soldiers more then others, there are many like Pat Tilman who fought for American freedom and America good name, but it's soldiers like Graner and his lover Lynndie that gave true American soldiers bad names.

  • And don't forget the people at the top who diagrammed and authorized the torture, Gen. Jeffery Miller for starters - - - and it goes ALL THE WAY to the top. Meaning at least Rumsfeld.

  • This man is telling lies if he was an interrogater he would not be lower enlisted

  • This guy is full of shit he was an E-4

    he doesn't know shit

  • @alialive2008 terrioist pussy

  • when i say "hands are tied" i mean guys on the ground being held back from their duties by governments trying to look whiter than white to other governments, and obviously wars are not fought by the same rule book any more, winning hearts and minds would be wonderful but it is not realistic when dealing with 'ignorant arabs' who have little to live for other than the promise of 70 virgins through martyrdom. illiterates surrounded by charismatic mullars out for their own benefit spells disaster!

  • The plan was not to pacify the country. These people understand that terrorism like shock and awe does not promote public order but destroys it. Terrorism and torture makes the insurgency even more legitimate than it already would have been with a nation occupying another.

  • "Hands are tied" isn't the term to use- torturing people, both innocents and otherwise, helps those who want to sow actual terrorism and attacks against this country. When our nation uses torture, we are the bad guys. WE use torture by other nations as justification for attacking THOSE nations- doesn't that mean that violence against our nation is justified when WE use torture?

  • Punishment is coming to all the guilty ones who go around misleading people giving unjust orders and carrying them out, the clever ones question bush and his evil plan and they walk out and disobey him whereas the evil ones love the power to harm others unjustly, safety is only for the ones who proved themselves to be against injustice, there is no escape from the judgement of the creator Allah, the one God, the God of Moses, Jesus and Mohammed, there is no injustice in the Koran! Remember!

  • But *why* those "ignorant arabs" want to kill soldiers from the US or the UK?

Who began spreading terror to get irans oil while Mossadeq wanted the oil fields for his own country?

Please dont get me wrong, i´m not a guy who hates america, and I like the american way of life, but I dont accept wars being fought without a 100 % backupable( Is this grammatically correct?) reason.

  • the discomfort of some ignorant arab hell bent on killing any white man, american or british, cannot be considered when fighting a war with the same rules with which our hands are tied!

  • I think the order to abduct and torture Iraqis resulted from the failure of "shock and awe." I'm sure this Administration believed the "shock and awe" campaign would work out, eventually, for the USA; but when the cruise missiles failed to decapitate the Iraqis within that first month of the War, all real hope for the campaign had to be somewhat lost among most of the war planners. I assume it was out of some of their frustration, that they lashed out with what is effectively, torture.
