Alright lets step back for a second and look at your argument.

You're saying rights came from God, so which country has the correct number of rights God granted?

Did "god" want 10 rights, 15 rights, and which rights for that matter?

It's a non-argument and has been debunked by George Carlin a long time ago.

  • @AndroidPolitician Did I say it was the US? Furthermore did I say it was only the US? I'm not here to give you answers you want from God and I seriously doubt you're going to hear it in the wind anytime soon. True Laws came from God, that's where the foundation of law known as common law originates.

Why didn't people respect others rights, because they had the free will not to do so, just like the oppressed had the free will to fight back.

I wish you well in your quest for truth.

  • @BeenSovereign

Oh so then why didn't human beings respect rights for about 100,000 years and why do different countries have different numbers of rights?

Is it just the US that has the correct number of rights? Did the creator after 100k years of inactivity suddenly decide to allow people to observe those rights?

  • @AndroidPolitician It? It being the constitution? If you think your rights are granted by a piece of paper you're misinformed. You're rights are granted by your Creator, whomever or whatever you say that Creator may be. The Constitution is more of a list of gov't rights and restrictions, both state and federal. You are endowed unalienable rights so long as you do not infringe upon another's life or liberty. Victimless crimes are at issue here.

  • Are laws written by the Constitution? Is that what they mean by a living document? Its hard to take you seriously anymore.

Are you talking about the Constitution as Judge Napolitano refers to today?

'The government is simply stretching and twisting federal law & the Constitution in whatever way it sees fit for whatever contemporary need it may have.'

Like I wrote, legal thieves can always justify legal stealing.

You always have long discussions with idiot, retarded 5 year olds? How mature.

  • AndroidPolitician wrote, [It (Constitution & Bill of Rights] granted those rights and therefore by extension me.]

Talk about laughable & cognitive dissonance! People granted existence to the Constitution & Bill of Rights to clarify what was self-evident & now somehow these documents GRANT you what you had before any documents were written.

WOW you are brainwashed thoroughly. I imagine you can believe whatever you want.

The "whatever" statement of a loser.

  • I use the "legal backing" based on the "laws" written by the "constituion".

    Congrats on being an idiot.

  • It granted America those rights and therefore by extension me.

    oh cool some random quote.

What ever I've had enough of me owning you.

  • AndroidPolitician wrote, [You have some serious cognitive dissonance]

Really?!!! What do you call that you believed that the Constitution and Bill of Rights GRANTED you what you previously owned: Liberty & Freedom.

One of your friends wrote this.

AndroidPolitician, "I would like have a battle of wits with you, but you appear to be unarmed "

  • Well of course just as a robber makes a gun the requirement when stealing from me..

What do you know about anything in the Constitution? You just proved yourself inept regarding simple concepts of the self-evident.

In your world you create a Constitution as a legal means to do whatever you want to do & at the expense of your neighbor's self-evident rights of freedom and liberty. Once again you will use interpretation that justifies stealing. It would make no real difference what the words say.
