Who cares? Congress overturned Bush's veto and the new health care law expands SCHIP until age 26. Now they moved onto coverage for other poor folks: Now that the Republicans gave up on turning Medicare into a voucher-like system now they want over a trillion dollars in cuts to Medicaid which would cause 44 million people to lose coverage yet cutting more taxes for rich people. Idiots...

this program isnt supposed to depend of smokers. The high tax on cigarettes is just supposed to DISCOURAGE people from smoking and discourage kids from ever starting in the first place!

This is extremely misleading. Consider that the government really doesn't create wealth but instead just redistributes it. The statement should thus read...
