did anyone else notice that she hadnt trimmed the sinew off that beef? Secondly she'd burnt it. and Thirdly I agree with the last guy, season high up, so you get that nice even spread all over the surface, and season ALL aides of your meat. It'll take it.
Finally, is this woman a chef? Or just someone in Chef's Blacks? Cos I find her videos demean my trade!!
