A Prayer For Tibet

I made this slide show in honor of the 14th Dalai Lama's recent birthday. The current Dalai Lama is also known as "Tenzin Gyatso", which literally translated, means "Ocean Of Wisdom". In Tibetan Buddhism, the Dalai Lama is said to be the human form of Chenrezig, the deity of compassion. Chenrezig has four arms. The four arms stand for: love, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Two arms are folded in prayer, and he holds a crystal mala (rosary) in his right hand, and a lotus flower in his left. The mantra of Chenrezig is "O Mani Padme Hum".
