  • You need to call a lawyer in the county your child is living in. Unless there is proof of harm to the child, almost every jurisdiction is going to find that you should have meaningful contact. You just need a lawyer to enforce this in court.

  • Please Help...I have been without my child for years. My wife (still married) has kept my child from me without any visitation at all. The police on numerous times have told me not go to her residence to see my child if the mother does not want me there. I don't know what to do.
