  • Thanks garudoh.

You are the silent hero of YouTube :)

Lunar series was wonderful. I especiallly enjoyed Lunar 2 on the Playstation. It's a shame Working Designs, the publisher, closed its doors a few years ago. I certainly miss them.

Keep up the wonderful work ^_^

  • I've been called a few things in my life, but 'silent hero' is definitely a first. Thanks, I guess? Hehe, anyway, glad you like my stuff man.

  • Cool^_

Remember the music of Wanderers of Ys III?

  • Yeah, in fact, I made a video for the PCE version of Ys III. It'll be vid #315, so it'll be out soon enough.

  • @alldredge21 haha RIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!!!

  • Good job, but no Dragonship Destiny Theme? wtf?!

  • This was the first Role Playing that sold me to the idea of role playing games. Well, Lunar Silver star that is, then I played this one, and I was in heaven. There hasnt been a game that has touched me as much since these two games were released. There is something of the purity of the games, without all the big graphics we have now. I had to "earn" my cut scenes back in the day LOL

  • I will never forget this song it reminds me so much of the gameplay the story everything was perfect

  • all hail Lunar!

  • Here's the link

bluelaguna net music lunar2 mp3s php"

add the slashes where the spaces are at. add a dot next to net and php. Every time I try to post the link it doesn't go through. At least this works.

  • I already found the PCM2WAV file thanks for telling me though. Right under my nose too.

Liiks like I'm right about the muddled audio. Checking the music file I found out that it's mono,16kHz,8 bits sample. not exactly a high quality choice of audio.

  • also it's utilities, not u tilities. youtube must have added the space automatically.

  • lunar-net(dot)com/multimedia/utilities.php - it's in the middle (PCM2WAV).

And yeah I haven't found the soundtrack yet. Perhaps I'm just imagining things and the wavs I extracted really do sound the same as in this video, but yeah link me if you can.

  • i've been looking for decades and all i've found (still) is a PCM to WAV converter that muddles the sound a bit

You actually found a comverter that converts Sega CD specific PCM data to WAV? Where did you find it? I've been looking all over for one and finding the wrong type of PCM converters.

The muddled audio is normal on the Sega CD if I'm not mistaken.

If you still haven't found the the soundtrack yet I do have a link I could give you. Let me know if you want it.
