HOON DRIVER LAWS Australia 2009

New Hoon laws from July 1st. AND the new mandatory testing July 5th - this follows a weekend that saw the state's (Victoria's) road toll overtake the toll for the same time last year. HOONING is not cool when the result is death or serious injury.
5/7/09 EVERY person admitted to hospital after a crash will be tested for drugs as police vow a zero tolerance crackdown to curb the rising road toll. This follows revelations that one in five people killed in a motor vehicle collision last year were affected by drugs.

Who cares about 'hoon drivers' drunk drivers are much more of a problem....it's a control mechanism....get em while there young '17-24 y/o's'.......but what about the fuck heads who blatantly neglect to indicate....indicate halfway through a turn.......cut you off in the fast lane then drive 10 km's under the speed limit.....where are the 'inconsiderate cunt driver laws'?

@equoowe The best one was from Vic Roads. The ad said that for every 5kph you are over the speed limit you are 10% more likely to crash. That means that by doing 50kph over the speed limit you are 100% certain to crash! What a load of bollocks!!!
