  • I have one of these F30BT units. Worst bit of undeveloped rubbish I have ever owned.

    Touch screen is terrible

If you turn off the car, then restart the engine, it loses the Ipod. You have to open the glovebox - unplug and then re-plug the Ipod. Then it finds it again.

Scroll is appalling. The list items are single touch select, so when you touch the screen to scroll up/down, it selects it instead. You end up pressing 'back' more often than scrolling.

AVOID. Much better stuff out there.

  • dude..how about charger rt !?? I need acool cd ...

  • How would the rear view camera (Parking camera) work in the AV menu? Would there be a button or would it automatically engage once put in R gear?

  • can i know how to connect my iphone/ipod to the pioneer avic f30?

  • Hi, Anyone know how to transfer your album artwork so it shows up on the display?

  • Mine's getting installed on the weekend, wooooohooooooo!!! Pioneer all the way. I built a full Soundstream system but had to go Pioneer for head deck and sub's, you just can't beat 'em without spending like over AUS$10,000, but Soundstream for speakers and amp's in my opinion.
