I used to live in a Chicago suburb when Cabrini Greene wasw still around; and I know that things were so crazy in that place; the police were afraid to go in there; and if someone needed fire/rescue; they would not go in without a police escort. Maybe they need to have more police out there to fight crime; and hire more police for the department that handles the gangs. Unti the police statrt stepping up; its going to continue.
