Drink for after working out drink. Recipe from Frederic Patenaude author of Raw Secrets.

2 cups water, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 3 bananas, 3-4 stalks of celery. Blend and enjoy! This drink is a great way to replace the sodium (celery) lost after exercising.
