After waiting for approximately 1 hour, the limited express "Super Ozora" No. 7 finally entered Sapporo Station at 13.45. As soon as it entered the station, I immediately got on the train to snap a picture of the Green Car cabin. I then found out that the Green Car seats were refurbished somewhere in October and November 2011. The new Green Car seats are available on certain "Super Ozora" and "Super Hokuto" limited express trains. I travelled on the "Super Ozora" between Sapporo and Obihiro on that day. The scene depicts the limited express "Super Ozora" No. 7 bound for Kushiro travelling from Sapporo to Shin-Sapporo Station.

The "Super Ozora" is a limited express train operating between Sapporo and Kushiro in Hokkaido, Japan. It mainly uses the KiHa 283 series DMUs. Green Cars are available on all trains with the exception of train no. 2 (to Sapporo), and train no. 13 (to Kushiro). All of the trains make stop in Obihiro. There are mainly 7 train services per day in each direction.

Another limited express train is available, which is known as the "Super Tokachi". The "Super Tokachi" is a train service operating between Sapporo and Obihiro. Unlike the "Super Ozora" service which continues on to Kushiro, it mainly operates until Obihiro. There are 5 services per day in each direction. As the "Super Tokachi" is slightly slower than the "Super Ozora", most passengers opt to take the "Super Ozora" to travel to and from Obihiro whenever possible. The "Super Tokachi" service uses KiHa 261-1000 series and KiHa 283 series DMUs. Only train no. 5 (to Obihiro), and train no. 8 (from Obihiro) do not feature Green Cars.
