That lift would be legal in a meet. Other than pushing your feet into the floor harder, great form.

Awesome and good for her. I was really expecting to see yet another video of some knucklehead bouncing a weight off their chest then claiming they "lifted" the weight. Great!

So many dumb asses on Youtube. "lose the bench shirt" that's a tank top "no arch o wow!!" nothing wrong with arching your back "nice lift but I missed the pause" this isnt a powerlifting competition no need for a pause. And to the girl in the video, nice job. The only bit of criticism I have for you is your not as tight as you could be on the lift. I saw some wobbling and one of your feet came off the ground a little bit. Need to have better base.

Feel free to watch some of the other video clips... you can see that she pressed more than that in several competitions. Those are rubber coated plates, very common at many gyms.
