  • Thank you for posting this video. I used to rip this weed out of my vegetable garden, until I found out that they were edible. Now I let them grow in a designated area in the garden! Thanks to you, now I'll know how to properly prepare them.

  • @MilleniumPhoenix91 My pleasure. Knowing what's around you is what it is all about.

  • It looks a bit like Capsella bursa-pastoris .Is this plant edible?

  • @ereticu0 Yes, they are closely related.

  • We have some variety of this in Arizona, its smaller though. I'm going to harvest some next spring and see if I can pin down the exact type. My dad told me when I was very young that it was called peppergrass, and I was thinking the pepper flakes you shake on pizza, because the leaves of the peppergrass look like capsicum seeds, lol.

  • @musicoutsidethebox boy, that was such a long time ago. the part we ate was yellow lol. I want to say yes but im not 100 percent sure. I live in arizona now, so i cant look!!

  • @wheelori814 did they have clover like leav and yellow flowers?

  • thx for the info it will def help me, awesome
