The wrist stretches of Aikido (ikkyo, nikkyo, sankyo, yonkyo, kotegaeshi plus the optional gokyo and tekubi shindo undo).

Gokyo is usually not practiced as a wrist stretch in most dojo, we show it here because it teaches you how properly locate the hand placement and nerve bundle.

In that same vein, yonkyo is usually applied as a pin on the forearm rather than on the backward bent wrist- but the stretch is really good for you and is a variation used especially with hiji otoshi and zenpo nage.
