The movie is actually cool. The reason I'm saying this is cuz I never watched the old Astro Boy before but I watched the first episode though. The movie makers were really creative about the blue core and red core...and the way Toby dies thus creating a better reason to how Astro gets an enemy.

gawd is it me or is that the worse voice acting.

w/e this movie is a bust from the start while they fcked over badass dr tenma with Nicolas Cage voice! such a big iconic character and finally have a golden chance to make a film adaptation but nooo they throw in some mediocrity BS with BS material by adding BS characters so it could be "appealing" for the young western folks! gatchaman BETTER be good so it could cover up this crap.
