I love kava, it's as effective as alcohol without the heavy intoxication. Definitely helps with stress.

KavaBoy is a popular local kava brand in hawaii. the kava is actually grown in tonga. they sell their kava root powder online. it's from the white plant variety called hinehina. 7oz = $10 + shipping... way cheaper than a lot of other places selling kava.

its not bad for ur liver, big pharmaceutical companies are trying to get it banned. Also from millions of doses only 3 people died, 2 from an enourmous overdose and 1 becuz an allergy reaction. Also it only appears that liver damage is in europe, people who use it there for a much longer time dont have it. this is becuz on the market there are bad kava kava which contain the whole plant and not only the roots. Also the extract have little chemical over from extraction, which is bad daily use.
