@jackmarsilva Dude, just to set you straight, the AW101/EH101 was *jointly* developed by *British* Westland and Italian Augusta. Westland playing a major part developing and manufacturing it in Yeovil, England. The Two merged to form AugustaWestland - now owned by Finmeccanicia, but still a joint British and Italian company.
As it says in the Title, this is the British RAF HC3, the US VH71 is the one you have in mind - first flight in Yeovil, England, 2007!! Not sure if the USN has them yet
-
Is this the US version of the EH-101? From the combined efforts of: Agusta Westland,Bell Helicopters and Lockheed Martin?Knowing that, the Italian version-( Agusta Westland) was the first to produce this new version of "Super Copters"/EH-101.Hat's off to the Italians!!! "Dolce Vita"!! Does the U.S. Navy have one yet? I'm sure they will, got to see one!!
